Steak and Relleno, Enchilada, or Tamale
My go 2 dinner when I eat at Maria's, definite can't go wrong with steak and they make it perfectly, always on recommend to eat here! Translate En Espanol: Mi cena es 2 cuando como en Maria's, definitivamente no puedo equivocarme con el bistec y lo preparan perfectamente, siempre recomiendo comer aqui!
Combination Plate
Excellent meal. I love the chile relent, tamale and taco which makes for a delicious combination. This along with the Perfect Margarita is the best!
Vegetarian Tacos
I had the veggie tacos and they were the best I've had in town in so long! They're absolutely addictive! I crave them so often. Definitely my favorite fish on the menu.
Green Chile Stew
We try green chili stew everywhere we go and my Mothers is to die for. This is the first place I found that rivals hers. It's awesome. A must have!
Homemade Posole
An absolute delight to sit in surrounded by beautiful art with a delicious bowl of posole on a rainy day. Staff is a delight to be around and margaritas are perfect. 10/10 recommend, starting to become one of my favorite places.
Green Chile Chicken Flautas
This is my go to dinner when I eat at Marias! I love their queso and guacamole. They have the BEST salsa in town... I pair all of this with a Yo Mama Mezcal Margarita. Their fantastic service and amazing food/drinks makes Maria's one of my favorite spots in town.
Chicken Posole
We visit Maria's EVERY time we're in Santa Fe The posole is my favorite! It is by far the best posole I have ever eaten! My wife loves Maria's chili relleno!! We'll be back the next time we're in town!!
Don Pedro Grande
The Don Pedro Grande at $22 truly was as advertised "Huge!!" This sampler included ribs, a cheese enchilada, a tamale, refried beans, Spanish rice, and a chile relleno. The portion size is just right. The ribs were tender and my favorite part of the meal. Overall, a fantastic and hearty selection of New Mexican favorites!
Maria's Original Tortilla Burger
I have ordered this dish many times when I'm in the mood for something homey and filling. I always order Christmas so I can compare the red and green sauces. This dish never disappoints.

I had queso and tacos for happy hour such a old fashioned atmosphere great for locals
